Day 85 - Thatcher, Arizona

Day 85 and I feel like the leaves on this tree bring me back to fall but I’m pretty sure it’s winter…
It at least feels like winter when I’m sleeping outside in 30 degree weather!
Don’t worry, I’ve got a warm setup, even without a tent!
This day was a frustrating one because I couldn’t get Walmart pay to work and after 2 hours of troubleshooting, support calls, bank calls and failed transactions, I had to walk away with nothing…
I had some issues with my card info getting jacked earlier in the trip when someone spent $1300 of my money… and I was able to get the charges reversed, but I only had one physical card left that expired this month!
Who cares, it was beautiful skating around Thatcher, Arizona- and I got to do a super fun painting!
Navigations bouta get a little wild in the mountains from here… get ready for some fun days to come. After cruising around town and finding a church to sleep outside of, in Fort Thomas, Arizona. Made it about 23 miles with only 200 feet of elevation gain. I had a nice little cutaway between sections of the church building, that allowed for me to sleep comfortably. I knew I'd be heading into more of a mountainous area over the next few days, so it was cool to get a mellow push and some rest in.
