Day 56 - McQueen, Oklahoma

In trouble again!
I keep on having to deal with angry cops!
Just kidding, I’ve had so many awesome experiences with law enforcement officers throughout my journey. I feel good knowing there’s so many police men and women out there that are genuinely concerned with everyone’s safety and well-being! I had two police interactions on day 56, and they both left me smiling and feeling safe. Also had a gentleman pull over and give me some water and crackers- as well as a donation to the cause!
Made it 31.22 miles today with a 682 foot climb, and then with the second stop from a sheriff, I chose to set a checkpoint, and accept a ride to a hunting lodge (under the agreement that I can get a ride back to the checkpoint, so I can start at the exact point I was picked up at tomorrow)
