Day 32 - Dickson, Tennessee

Day 32 brought me to Dickson, Tennessee. I skated 38.22 miles with an elevation gain. of 2489 feet. It was a pretty good push, but towards the end was a struggle. I had to find somewhere to paint and the sun was setting fast. The lake I saw ahead on the maps was uphill and it was a rocky road with no shoulder. A combination of skating through rough terrain, dodging cars, and walking on uneven terrain- made the push pretty stressful. But there was a reward at the lake! A happy little community of ducks and assorted birds lived at that lake, and this made for a magical painting!
