Day 21 - Bristol, Virginia

Day 21 Painting Across America, and I needed to get out of Virginia. It was my late Mother's birthday, so I was a little emotional, and just wanted to push forward. I managed 50.13 miles with an elevation gain of 2403 feet... And Made it to Bristol, Tennessee. It was quite a relief to get through Virginia finally, but I had to work off a photograph for my painting of the day. I prefer the outdoor painting, but with my emotions running high, and my desire to gain some distance- I think I made the right call. Really pretty route for the day, and I had fun with this piece of art as well!
