Day 18 - Radford, Virginia

Day 18 Painting Across America was a good day!
I had gotten rained out the night before and had to backtrack to a hotel in Salem. I started my skate in Lafayette and ended in Dublin, Virginia. Ended up hitting about 38 miles.
I’ve been having issues with my tracking app but I logged 2566 feet elevation gain in the first 28.62 miles, and then skated another ten to get to the next town over.
I stopped in Radford to work on a painting and found a chill spot by the railroad tracks and the water. When I was down there, I had some conversations with a fella in the woods, and ran into him on the way out, so I gifted him the Art Drop of the day!
I had to purchase my 4th pair of shoes, and I made the mistake of buying some lightweight hiking/running kicks. They made it less than 48 hours 🤣
