Day 1 Training For Painting Across America This was my first time attempting to go on a skate journey, make a painting, film the entire day, and edit and post it on YouTube and Instagram. This was an incredible moment for me, because it was the day I realized that this dream could become a reality! I had recently purchased some acrylic paint, and got my bag set up with the gear I wanted to test, to prepare for the cross-country trip. I was so excited to get this practice day in, that I didn't even know where I was going. Little did I know, that the impulsive nature of this skate, would influence me to skate blindly, not knowing where I'd end up, all the way across America. For today's adventure, I ended up getting to do some off-road skateboarding! I had my paint blow up in my bag from taking some slams trying to film tricks... and I gotta say, it was pretty tricky trying to get used to the speed painting with acrylic. Nonetheless, this was an incredible day, that proved to me that this whole trip would be possible...
